Who We Are

Smart Teens Workshop is a youth development initiative of The Masterminds Community Foundation — a Non-Governmental Organization committed to nurturing the minds, values, and character of the next generation. We equip public-school students with the emotional and social intelligence they need to thrive in school, at home, in society, and in the future workplace.

Why We Are Here

Today’s workshop is more than a program — it’s a transformation.
For years, students have been taught subjects that build the mind, but rarely the skills that build character.
We learned:
* Math formulas but not how to manage frustration
* Grammar rules but not how to communicate with respect
* History facts but not how to navigate conflict
* Data analysis but not how to analyze our own behavior

Yet nothing influences our choices, relationships, success, or future more than our ability to understand our emotions — and the emotions of others.

This is why we are here:
To teach the education that life actually requires.

The world needs young people who can:
